Openerp翻译贡献指南

在社区成员的努力下，openerp的中文翻译日渐完善，不过还有不少不如意的地方，所以我们一起来加入OpenERP的中文翻译吧：

Launchpad's translation infrastructure is quite unique, and we have many translations teams working on a complex translation workflow. GitHub has no built-in support for translations, so setting up an automated GitHub-based workflow will take some time.
Translators can continue to work on Launchpad for Odoo 8 branches in the mean time, in the 3 legacy projects:

Synchronization is done both ways:
When significant changes have occurred in the source code, new POT files are exported in GitHub and then copied to the corresponding LP branches
Every day Launchpad exports new translations into the translation branches (bazaar). Those are copied over to the corresponding GitHub branches every few weeks, and more regularly when a release date is close.
We are preparing a new translation process more tightly integrated with GitHub, and probably built on top of Transifex.

一个确认的翻译，通常过2-3天，就可以合并到官方的代码中，
（不过最近 据我观察，官方今年的代码更新得比较少，我估计 可能是花更多的精力在 企业版上，社区的版本，可能觉得目前已经做的还不错了，
5月17日我看了下，官方 最近一次合并 zh_CN的 翻译 是在 19天前，也就是 4月29日左右）
新的下载者就会下载到包含最新翻译的源码。
要参与官方的翻译，
第一步：我们先注册一个Launchpad.net 的账号
第二步，进入 [检测到链接无效，已移除] These Odoo Addons translations are managed by OpenERP Chinese Translation Team.，点击，然后加入Chinese Translation Team这个组。
[size=12pt][color=red]重要，一定要加入这个组，不然无法 提交翻译[/color][/size]

第三步，进入第二步的链接（注意链接是最新的测试版，应该是9.0）。选择你擅长的模块，点第4列untranslated开始消灭英文！
不过 这个平台的 trunk版本怪怪的，里面没Website Builder 模块，也没Gamification.
（8.0的翻译 如果在 9.0 或者7.0中有一模一样，也会同步翻译到7.0和9.0）
翻译会有对应的贡献值，英文很有意思叫Karma。

Translating Odoo
Within Odoo source code, all translatable terms (master terms) are written in international English (language code en_US). The administrator of an Odoo instance can load additional languages from the official translations. As a result, the corresponding translations of all installed modules will be loaded in the database, and used to replace the default English terms in the application interface for users changing their preferred language.The easiest way to translate Odoo is to use the dedicated Translation interface on Transifex. Please read the general Transifex Documentation before writing your first translation, as it includes very important advice for new translators.”

translations appear in the software (or in GitHub)?
Your translations first need to be reviewed by a reviewer from your translation team. Approved translations are then pulled regularly in the Odoo source code, and will therefore appear automatically in the source code of Odoo stable branches and Odoo installation packages (nightly builds).
The expected synchronization frequency is as follows:预期的同步"翻译"更新频率：
