操作步骤：warehouse > schedulers/procurement 中，当新建销售单中的产品库存不足时，会自动产生一个采购单（并非真正的采购单，点击后》“check procurement”） 状态是 “running”,但点击后，在界面中点击“check procurement”，并不能在采购模块中自动产生状态为“draft”的采购单 （但如果是从最小库存中产生的，是可以直接在采购模块中产生的）
