本地安装在没有修改端口的情况下访问:http://localhost:8069
如果是服务器的话：http://服务器IP:8069
windowsd的话,启动任务管理器,看看odoo和postgresql这两个服务跑起来了没有,再看看配置文件对不对,再登录本地网址
