感觉不象是采购收货的picking。或者是不是设置了多步收货，前置收货操作尚未完成。

可以查看库存,如果有其它单据占用保留数量可以取消保留再试，或者补充在手库存你的解释不完全正确，他这是采购收货，默认设置情况下不存在库存不足的情况。他的问题可能是设置了不正确的存货路由（stock.routing)，或者在多步收货的情况下，前置收货未完成。
