新来报到问个问题 新建帐套问题

刚刚安装了Tiny ERP 中文版0.33 可以进入demo帐套 但新建帐套失败了 弹出一个框 “error during database creation! could not create database 请问可以怎么解决呢？
我的系统是WIN7 U版

Tiny ERP 中文版0.33是基于tinyerp4.2的，版本已经很老，建议下载由oldrev兄维护的最新中文版；
