关于OE里面时间的格式我有个问题，例如在[color=red]Invoice[/color]里面的时间格式是这样.“[b][color=red]年/月/日[/color][/b]”。但是我在另一个系统里面其格式“[b][color=red]月/日/年[/color][/b]”。OE里面的时间格式到底是根据哪里决定的呢，是根据系统语言？还是有其他位置可以配置呢？谢谢大家
