@xday2000 在虚拟机上全新安装win10并第一个安装Odoo之后成功
发现大概原因了，好像是PostgreSQL会跟系统上已有的数据库冲突，例如Microsoft SQL Server经常会在安装其它大型软件的时候被附带装上，在这之后安装Odoo就会失败
暂时先用虚拟机来测试好了
