解决了。只要用ue另存为一下utf-8格式即可

拜读过老肖第一版教程关于报表修改的部分，于是动手修改几个报表，从最简单的中文化开始。有几个报表很顺利直接修改.rml文件就可以了。但是碰到几个rml文件要是把里面的英文改成了中文就会报这个错误：

这个是什么原因？我用ultraEdit改的

用的是HornERP AllInOne的OpenERP，安装路径是C:Program FilesHornERP AllInOne，使用GTK客户端正常，但是WEB服务器不能正常启动，端口确认没被占用，在WINDOWS的事件查看器里看到这么一条错误
