在CRM系统里，Open和Closed是相对应的，可是目前我还没有看到Open ERP中有Closed(刚接触，可能有但我没有遇到)。主要是open 和 pending，待处理和待定在汉语里给人感觉好像一样的意思。翻译确实是很郁闷的事情啊！

的确是这样的。pending往往用在等待用户提供进一步的信息。待定，待决，用在这里问题不大。
为了与pending有明显区分，open是否可以翻译为”处理中“

Leads：商机
opportunity：销售机会

因为 leads 是客户都没有任何表示的机会甚至连客户都没指定（所以翻译为潜在客户肯定不对）。但opportunity是联系过客户比较有希望的机会。
再一个是opportunity是由leads转过来的条件是一定要指定一个客户

open：待处理 （以前讨论过的，只是想知道它还用在什么地方）
pending：未决或未决定（表示在一个期间）

呵呵，我们公司原来使用Vtiger，那里面就有许多东西要我翻译，外贸部的人都是在英国做过几年销售的，他们都说leads是潜在客户,平常也老是说你找了几个leads啊类的！

leads一般翻译作 ”潜在客户“

可以参考wikipedia上的定义：

这个解释也没说是一个潜在客户，反而是潜在客户的一个感兴趣的商品或服务

这正好解释了系统中每个leads中都有prospect（这个才是潜在客户）

Simon兄, 上面的定义的第一句应该这么理解：

Sales lead表示对购买某种商品或服务有兴趣的个人或实体。

sales leads 和 prospects可以都叫做“潜在客户”，或者按照wikipedia的定义，prospects是比“潜在客户”更进一步的“期望客户”

我没看错的话那个，号好像在service后面。
而且系统里每个leads都有prospect信息，按照如果leads翻译为潜在客户那prospect叫什么好，也叫潜在客户？

请问汉化文件怎么使用呢？我下载了chinses.csv文件后导入了系统，但是一点效果都没有啊。
是不是我的操作有问题呢？
